Jim Boberg: Bass and Vocals

Jim has been playing professionally for over 20 years. He has worked with local rock, alternative, and jazz bands, including recording work on local artist Lisa Taylor's CD. Jim is also an integral member of the D.C.-based, original ensemble "The Keating Five," and can be seen with the Classic Jazz Trio.

Jody Chalk: Guitar and Vocals

Versatile and explosive on guitar, Jody also excels on the banjo,and mandolin, and is an excellent vocalist. In addition to his 20+ years of solo and sideman performances in rock, jazz, blues, country, and bluegrass bands, his credits include work with Deanna Bogart and Riders In The Sky, as well touring the east coast with the Way Out West Texas swing-top 40-country revue band.

Dave DiPaolo: Saxophones, Lead Vocals

Founder of the Special Delivery Band, Dave has been playing with various professional music organizations for over 18 years. He has worked as a sideman with a variety of commercial bands around D.C., blending the diverse styles he has encountered to form the cohesive and distinctive sound that is Special Delivery. An experienced announcer and M.C., Dave coordinates the band to provide each audience with exactly the right mix of entertainment.

Jim West: Drums, percussion

A veteran of the D.C. music scene for over 20 years, Jim excels in both traditional swing and Brazilian Jazz, as well as Rock, R&B, and Country. A first-call session drummer, Jim has worked with many local performers, and has led his own Rock and Jazz bands. In addition, Jim is a member of the Classic Jazz Trio.

Wayne Wilentz: Keyboards, vocals

Formerly a member of the national act Skyy, Wayne has performed with such R&B greats as The Cornell Gunter Coasters, Shirelles, Martha and the Vandellas, and The Marvellettes. Wayne also currently leads his own trio, The Classic Jazz Trio, also represented by Mark Sonder Productions, which has recently released their first CD of Brazilian Jazz.
