This sextet, which includes a female vocalist, is an ensemble designed especially for those who don't need a large band, yet desire a big band/swing quality and style with contemporary sounds incorporated.

The leader/sax/clarinet/flutist of the group is an exciting jazz stylist whose improvised solos are exceptionally melodic and thoughtfully structured.Ê He has performed as guest soloist with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, featured artist on PBS television, on stage soloist in the Broadway musical "Dancin'," and performed in the bands for such notables as the late Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett and Nancy Wilson.

Our lead female vocalist has trained extensively in classical, light opera and show music, and has become one of New York's foremost performers of Swing Era standards, emphasizing the 1930's and 40's.Ê She sings regularly in clubs and restaurants, and gives numerous concerts.
