DIGGS made his feature film debut co-starring opposite Angela
Bassett in "How Stella Got Her Groove Back." His
other film credits include "Go" and "The Best
Man."
Raised in Rochester, New York, Diggs received a BFA degree
in musical theater from Syracuse University. He made his show
business debut in the ensemble cast of the five-time Tony
Award winning play "Carousel." Prior to "Stella,"
he starred on Broadway in the Pulitzer Prize winning play
"Rent" in the role of "Benny" the landlord.
On television, Diggs has appeared on the hit shows "New
York Undercover," "Law and Order" and "Guiding
Light."
