The Successful Candidate
If you receive any monies, you will be required to book a
minimum of two dates in the next 6 months at Sound Idea, in
Brandon or other South or Central Florida venue to raise money
for the Frank Vagnozzi Music Foundation. Your band will not
be receiving any compensation for these benefit concerts.
The Successful Candidate will be required to add the by-line
to all its printed material in all media, "Supported
in part by The Frank Vagnozzi Music Foundation".
The Frank Vagnozzi Music Foundation will be able to use your
band's name and members names, band logo's, and/or band's
music in print media, record production, CD production, compilation
albums, to raise monies for the Foundation without compensation
to the band, although credit will be given to each band in
all media.
